Cultural icon Dr. John is a six-time GRAMMY Award-winning musician, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee and New Orleans' greatest living legend. As a West Coast session musician in the '60s, playing keyboards on records by Sonny and Cher, Van Morrison, Aretha Franklin and The Rolling Stones, he launched his solo career developing the charismatic persona of Dr. John The Nite Tripper. His breakthrough 1968 album “Gris-Gris” introduced his voodoo mysticism, funk, rhythm & blues and psychedelic rock. Additional classic releases include 1971’s “Sun, Moon and Herbs,” which featured Eric Clapton and Mick Jagger; 1973’s “In the Right Place,” with hits “Right Place Wrong Time” and “Such a Night”; GRAMMY Award-winning albums “City That Care Forgot” in 2008 and “Locked Down” in 2012; and 2014’s critically acclaimed Louis Armstrong tribute “Ske-Dat-De-Dat: The Spirit of Satch.” In 2016 he will receive the Jazz Foundation of America's Hank Jones Award at “A Great Night in Harlem,” which has pledged $1 Million to help musicians recovering from the Louisiana flood, and will release a double live album and DVD, “The Musical Mojo of Dr. John: A Celebration of Mac & His Music,” with performers including Bruce Springsteen, Widespread Panic and many more.
Bold and electric, The Cadillac Three has proven to be a force with high-energy shows and gritty sonic instincts. Grammy nominated and chart-topping frontman Jaren Johnston (Guitar & Lead Vocals) along with musical co-conspirators Kelby Ray (Bass Steel Guitar, Acoustic & Vocals) and Neil Mason (Drums, Percussion & Vocals) have a style all of their own that hovers between radio-ready Country anthems, rock ballads and traditional Southern folk. The Nashville natives, who met in high school, have a raw sound like no other that builds around Neil’s melodic percussion and the intertwining of Jaren’s gruff vocals and guitar with Kelby’s lap steep, all ready to explode at a moment’s notice. Since being named 2015 UK Classic Rock Roll of Honour: Best New Band, TC3 will have grown a rabid fan base across the globe with slots on Superstar tours and sold-out headline stops across Europe at famous venues – O2 Academy Islington, Dingwalls and The Garage – and will return in November for their Don’t Forget The Whiskey Tour to debut tracks from their latest album Bury Me In My Boots (Big Machine Records)
Bonnie Bishop is a Grammy-winning singer-songwriter who recently released her sixth album propelling her into the world of Soul. Before this, however, Bishop cut ties with music and passionately focused on writing and storytelling, marking an end to a decade long Country career. It wasn’t until Producer Dave Cobb reached out that she considered singing Soul leading her to the career she has today. Bonnie is credited with writing “Not Cause I Wanted To” and “Undone” for Bonnie Raitt and has also had songs featured on ABC’s “Nashville”.
